If you consider your product falls under any given above reasons, feel free to contact info@BSkilling.com  within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product. It will take 3-4  business days in order to process any qualifying exchange or return.

 

For Cash on Delivery Order Returns, you have to provide bank details with Bank A/c No and IFSC code to reimburse the payment. It would take upto 6 - 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account..

 

For Online Payment Order Returns, the payment would be reimbursed directly to your account from which the payment is made. It would take upto 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Shipping Policy
BSkilling is entitled to give the following shipping services. The entire shipping services are made available for each and every item. Moreover, the time of delivery system is estimated. The time of shipping system can vary due to a number of factors including holidays, service delays, weather etc.

The entire orders have a 1-2 day processing time period

After order processing, the time period of Shipping is calculated

The time taken to reach product to customer varies from location to location with minimum of 2 days to maximum of 8 days.

The delivery is processed with shiprocket. It has various delivery partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees , DHL, FedX etc.

Mode of delivery is by air and land means both.

In case of return when approved it takes 3 days to pickup your product from your location.
